Anne is a native of Charleston, a mother of three, married and lives and paints at her home on Sullivan's Island. She is the founder of the Children's Museum of the Lowcountry, located in downtown Charleston. Her first introduction to painting was while living in Cambridge, MA., from that time on she has had a passion for creating art that keeps growing. Anne is actively painting daily with a strong emphasis on the figure. She is currently in studio classes at Redux Contemporary Studio, and paints weekly with the Sullivan's Island Plein Air Painters. Anne has been accepted into juried shows, has been in exhibitions and has won awards for her paintings and photography.
